CAMPERS
Camping spots are on a first come basis. Campers can start arriving Sunday September 24th. The cost is $75 for the week and must be paid in the fair office at the time the camper is parked. Camper passes are good for the camper and one vehicle. Only those vehicles with the special camper sticker will be allowed to park in those areas.
PARKING
NO PARKING AREAS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. An aerial map is shown below for viewing the parking and non-parking areas. There is absolutely no parking in the red shaded area on the map. This includes NO PARKING ON ALL STREETS AND AT ALL BARNS! Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. Livestock feed and/or heavy item drop off will be allowed as long as vehicles are moved quickly. All livestock trailers will be parked at the west end of the fairgrounds like they have in the past. There is plenty of free parking just outside the back gate for vehicles. All livestock show attendees must enter through the back gate.
Handicap and special courtesy parking will be available in the designated areas inside the grounds. The admission fee or gate pass will be required for each person in the vehicle.
GATE PASS
All livestock show exhibitors and visitors will enter through the back gate. An attendant will be at the gate all day Thursday and Friday. Anyone wanting entrance to the fairgrounds will have to show a pass or pay the entry fee. This includes entry for feeding, watering, pick-ups, drop-offs, etc.
Parents, other relatives and visitors can not use the exhibitors pass that is given to the exhibitor at livestock check-in. Those passes are for the EXHIBITORS ONLY. Gate passes can be purchased at the discounted price online and picked up at livestock check-in or purchased for full price on the grounds.
You can not leave and come back in the fairgrounds without a pass or repaying for entry within the same day.
One entry pass will be given to the Agri Teacher or 4-H Leader representing their group. Please come to the fair office to pick up your pass in person.
